Madison Bushke
Madison Bushke is a skilled communicator with strengths in writing, editing, and content creation. She currently works as a Records Clerk with the Menasha Police Department, where she reads, interprets, and edits reports; communicates internally, across departments, and with the public; and prepares legally compliant redacted records requests. She has held this role for over a year. Alongside her current role, she is also pursuing an associate’s degree in communications from Fox Valley Technical College. Previously, Madison served as a dispatcher with the Wisconsin State Patrol, where she strengthened her verbal communication, multitasking, and ability to perform under pressure. She also has experience in the restaurant industry as a training coordinator, supporting employee onboarding and development.
It is Madison’s passion to work in the communications field. She believes in utilizing a variety of techniques to enhance communication with a variety of people. Her skills include effective communication with the public, professional internal communication, and the use of different media to express a variety of topics. Additionally, Madison takes special interest in written communication, whether utilized in internal, external, or social media efforts. Throughout her schooling, work history, and internship, Madison has built and sharpened a variety of skills and looks forward to continuing to expand her abilities.
